Cherry K Returns and Refund Policy

Change-of-mind returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on G-strings or any pyjama set containing a G-string. This exclusion applies to the complete set.

For other products, please request a return in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing cherrykstyle@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached and original packaging included. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage for eligible change-of-mind returns, including orders that originally received free shipping. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact cherrykstyle@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply to all products, including G-strings and sets containing them. The hygiene exclusion, 14-day change-of-mind window and unused-condition requirements do not limit those rights.

We will provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law and cover or reimburse reasonable return postage where a fault or supply error is confirmed.

Delivery charges

Standard shipping Australia-wide costs $10 AUD for orders under $100 AUD. Orders of $100 AUD or more receive free standard shipping. Express shipping is available for $15 AUD.
